Can you provide a hybrid conference?
Yes. We provide live streaming, remote speaker connections and recording so in-person and online participants see the same thing.
Do you help with participant registration?
Yes. We can handle registration, reminders, name badges and welcoming guests on the day.
How early should planning start?
For large conferences we recommend starting 3–4 months in advance; for seminars a few weeks is enough.
Can you provide technical production only?
Yes, but we add the most value when we coordinate the whole event, because then you have one contact and one point of responsibility.
